SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping cost

Insured & Tracked Shipping: $1.95 per order. This is the only shipping charge you 
will see at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Business days are Monday through 
Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing 
the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 6–10 business days after processing. In total, most orders arrive 
8–14 business days after you place them.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and the holiday season 
can add extra time.

Ordering for Christmas

Your kit takes a day or two to make, so please order early and leave yourself time 
to stitch it before the holidays.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking 
updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. If you can't find the email, check your spam 
folder or contact us and we'll send it again.

Insured shipping: lost or damaged packages

Every order ships insured. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, 
email us with your order number (and a photo, if it's damaged) and we'll send a 
replacement or refund you.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please 
check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days so 
we can help.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, 
email us right away. We can only change an address before the order has shipped. 
We're not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
